MaterialGuide HARD FLEX

FLEX HARD is an easy-to-print flexible filament suitable for a large number of FDM 3D printers. The material is very flexible and can be stretched to 4.5 times of its original dimensions until it breaks, yet it has a high dimensional stability. With a shore hardness of 98A, the material can be deformed by hand. The shore hardness can be adjusted by using more/less infill or the number of walls. It is insensitive to oil and grease. FLEX HARD is optimized for Bowden and direct drive extruders and can be printed up to 75 mm/s.

FLEX hard can be printed with a nozzle temperature from 220-240°C. A heated printbed is not need, but we recommend a coating with PrintaFix.
